Your Motor Club membership is continuous and will automatically renew with your membership fees being automatically billed to the credit card account you provide at the time of enrollment at the then current rate. Your Motor Club membership will begin when you receive your membership card(s). Until you receive your membership card(s), you may use your Motor Club Emergency Roadside Assistance benefits on a reimbursable basis. Motor Club benefits and services are subject to change without notice and are subject to the terms and conditions of the Membership Handbook. The Motor Club will not terminate your membership without prior notice to you.

When you enroll online, you will automatically be billed based on the type of Sam's Club membership you currently have: Advantage Members, $58.96 and Plus® Members, $34.96. If you are not completely satisfied, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel and you are being billed monthly, you will no longer be billed; if you are being billed annually, you will receive a pro-rated refund of any membership fees you paid for the period remaining in your membership.

The benefits and services offered through the Motor Club are available only in the continental U.S. (including Alaska), Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Motor Club benefits are available only for incidents that occur after the effective date of your enrollment in the Motor Club and before termination or expiration of your membership.

For Wisconsin residents, the Motor Club will not change your Motor Club benefits and membership fees without prior written notice. Any such change will take effect on your next membership anniversary date.

For Utah and Wisconsin residents, there are no time limits for submitting reimbursement claims.

This is not an automobile liability or a physical damage insurance contract and does not comply with any financial responsibility law. Motor clubs are regulated by the Department of Insurance or other state regulatory agency in the following states: AL, AK, AR, CA, CT, GA, KS, LA, MD, MA, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI and WY.
